1354 pops, 1359 "Free Nelson Mandela" (1401 '3 1 9' chime stamp)
then various pops, jingles, 1502 : 319 chime stamp, 1509 still good signal

1607 extra weak and noisy, known tune, 1615 talking (no copy), next record, 1621
maybe not 319 ?
1647 extra weak,music, 1649

2126 UTC Fading in and out of the noise here with "Double Barrel"-Dave & Ansel Collins
2128 UTC ID string/jingle (Pretty sure there was a 319 in there), into "Cars"-Gary Numen
