Signon observed to be at 0251z on the SDR recording, off at 0324z. I had a carrier and some very weak audio, but that's it.

This showed up in an overnight recording.  Just trace audio to 0316, I noted music - a song I can't ID after that.  At 0321 I heard OM talk alternating with a higher voice, YL or child, until 0324 off.  No ID heard.  Very weak here also.

I could only hear a steady, very weak carrier here, no trace of audio.

Might've been RTN....he did a test transmission about that time prior to a full transmission a little later...it was quite strong here
