Title: 4380, 4421 USB RU Air Mil 0950 UTC 04 Dec 2020

After quite a long time, I found myself again operating in the Kaliningrad oblast.
This time they use some new modulation with a width of about 50kHz, because it does not look like a transmitter failure - screen here.

You can't see it in the picture, but in the emission area on the 4830 there is a normally readable voice in USB modulation. The same message is readable around 13kHz lower.
For the first time I heard the pilot's answer (noise from the cockpit, different syntax of the message, words "pryiom pryiom"). It was on a USB 4421. Initially I thought this was a coordinated response to a command from control station 4830, but it was not - simultaneous transmission of both stations, there was no response from the command station. There are several military airfields in this circuit, but I haven't heard of them yet.

1425 05 Dec.This is probably the last 4380 USB message of the day because it's getting dark.
Still the same weird modulation, the bottom channel is on the 4362 USB.
The pilot on 4421 does not speak.
