I'm currently receiving from the KFS 135 receiver. 2 seconds on, 2 seconds off, 15 dashes per minute fairly precisely. This doesn't seem to be any of the listed current beacons. Also heard fairly strongly on the Northern Utah Omni receiver.
Anyone else receive this signal?

I would think it might be this one:

I saw that one about 4 or 5 weeks ago, and mentioned it here in another thread, but did not start a new thread about it. I don't know how many others have seen it to date, but I don't think it is seen or heard much.

Copying it in the noise on the KFS 135 SDR right now.

Just now heard it on the KFS Kiwi SDR Omni. Very weak but identifiable

Dasher doing fine here this afternoon and it appears a new ditter is being heard as well right next to the dasher.
7999.140 ditter
7999.212 dasher
those are the freq's that I measure them to.

So this 7999.212 kHz dasher is not the same one as the 7997.2 kHz dasher?
The 7997.2 kHz dasher appears to be a 2 second on, 2 second off, dash, reasonably stable in timing although some variation in frequency has been reported. I guess we need to figure out if the 7999.212 kHz dasher is a different animal or the same one (as 7997.2 kHz) on a different freq.
Unfortunately the 7997.2 kHz dasher is a rare critter here at the house. Maybe once a week I see it for a few minutes, always very weak. It appears very similar / identical to the 4097.2 kHz dasher, which also is not seen often here, but somewhat more often than the 7997.2 dasher.

This dasher has been off the air this week. Think I last heard it last weekend.

I would love to see them both on the air but .... is it a coincidence that the Dasher goes off the air and is almost immediately replaced by an equally strong signal Ditter beacon within 100Hz of the original frequency?
I’m hoping they are separate because it’s more fun for us! 👍

I have seen them both on at the same time in the past. I was hearing the ditter this morning for awhile.

Hearing both of them here at 2238 utc. Dasher is not as strong as the ditter at the moment.

The joys of good propagation!! I'll keep trying to catch them.

I have a fairly strong and solid dasher/ditter (kind of in between the two) about 1 second intervals on 7999.09 here, checked the Sedona, AZ Kiwi and it is very strong there. Also have it on the TorC, NM Kiwi, no joy on the Ft. Collins, CO Kiwi. There is a two second dasher right next to it at 7999.00, weak and fading both here and on the Sedona Kiwi. Tried the KFS Kiwi but it is busy with the max users right now.
This was at 19:30 UTC, at about 19:39 the one second dasher on 7999.09 suddenly went QRT both here and on the Sedona and TorC Kiwis, or it very quickly faded out in all three places. Still hearing the two second dasher on 7999.00.
