11220.0 kHz USB at 00:10 UTC 2021-01-16 in continuous RTTY loop; 850 Hz shift, 75 bauds. This frequency is generally occupied as a discrete HF GCS frequency. The station is currently looping a fix pattern of characters: NRKUJECF FRKUJECF NRKUJECF NRKUJECF

Seems to be NSS (Ny Norfolk, VA - TX Davidsonville, MD) with STANAG4481 and so called "KG-84" encryption string.

Correct frequency for RTTY (not USB!) reception is 11222,0 kHz.
