Finished up listening to RRI on 7375 (+20 signal this evening) and heard VoT IS on 7280 at S7, 7265 at S8.  Looks to be their Spanish broadcast to South America, 0200-0256

Hearing same in FL, the 7265 is MUCH louder than 7280 kHz, but the 7265 xmsn has a bad audio artifact, sounds like a high pitched tone that is FM'ed on high amplitude modulation peaks.
