 S 3 - 5 with heavy QRN.  Lousy signal for  500 kw

A nice clean S8 dipping down to S7 at 18:04z from Toronto, Ontario Canada. Radio France International with news broadcast segment in French.

RSPduo and end-fed long wire SWL antenna.

Yeah, I was using the tried and true 7700 which may explain the S3-5.  Its a wonderful receiver
but its 35 years old. Maybe I'm expecting a little too much out of the ol' girl.   :D
