Hi Kris.

3939,0 kHz is normally used for off route mobile aeronautical radio. I have skandinavian Station listed but this could probably be Norwegian Navy Bodø.

Do you have a recording of both contacts? That could help to identify.

Thank you for the help offer. The casual conversations on this channel surprised me so much that I didn't record them, but I'll do it and post it on the forum. I do not understand anything, but it is not a sea or air or road service. It looks like a private goodnight chat on a long Scandinavian night from stationary stations.
