Today 13 Feb 2021 at 1500 UTC sign on with ID "Dimste Woyane Tigray" and schedule announce of 2 differet times and frequencies.
So I wonder if this has been more likely the entry mentioned as "DW International" scheduled for 1600 UTC ??
Not audible anymore after 1501 UTC as Ethiopia started with noise-Jamming.

Probable Dimtse Woyane on 15160 KHZ @ 15:05 in Tigrinya. Two men in a rather animated debate. . Short musical bridge to very excitable YF @ 15:19.
Back to male host at 15:21 in a dialogue with different YF.
Still no ID as of 15:25.
Solid signal with some QRN but very minimal fading.
SINPO: 3-3-3-4-4

SINPO: 2-2-1-2-2 @ 15:51 on 15160 KHZ . Mostlty male monologue with flute bridge to YL sign-off 1 minute early at 15:59
TX: Issoudun
TARGET: East Africa

15160 khz @ 15:06 UTC in Tigrinya language to East Africa. 2 male hosts in staccato dialogue. YL entering discussion at 15:14.
SINPO: 3-3-3-4-3
TX: Issoudun, France

1528 UTC, very good signal here, local RFI makes this SIO 544 rather than the 555 it could be. Music at 1527 into YL apparently reading the news at 1528, with audio of OM sounds like he's giving a speech.
1554 UTC noise is gone, signal is even stronger now.
-
Very strong 54444 @ 15:17 today with OM reading what seemed to be a list of items in Tigrinya in a clipped monologue until signal vanished completely at 15:22 for 45 seconds then back on at same strength.

https://news.un.org/en/story/2022/11/1130137 Peace Agreement
It will be interesting to see what comes of these broadcasts now that the Ethiopian central government has entered into a peace agreement with the regional government in Tigray. Included in the accord is:
"Both sides agree to cease defamation campaigns, and the central government will ensure restoration of communication, transportation networks, and banking services. From Christianity Today
If restoration of regular communication services happen, slighting of the central government forbade, and electrical costs remain a concern; there might be some frequencies opening up unless there's a programming change.
