As you can tell by the absurdly crappy decode. There's no way anyone could ID the station from this image.
But thanks to BBA, there may be just a bit of clarity? If you stare really hard. Well you still can't tell! LOL

Doubt if this was the real Radio Ga Ga or if was the other operator from Camelback Radio doing it and yelling about pirates playing classic rock and The Beatles and so of disrespect other ops to DJ DW. That QSO was strange over with some 3 person like speaking like a bird and others data there. Weird.
