Recorder catch:

6925 USB SIO 322-222

Signal faded in around 03:52z playing music with best reception just before & after 04:00z - by 04:22z had faded out.  Never was able to catch an ID.

Audio (03:52z-04:22z): http://archive.org/download/ShortwaveOddsSodsTransmissions/Unid_pirate6925Usb0352z-0422z07-30-12.mp3
