Cant tell if this is a pirate or something else. Weak apparent english here, appears to be USB.

Way noisy tonight. Argh.

I had this was well on the SDR recording. I'm leaning more towards EE pescadores, as it sounds (to me) like at least two ops of different signal strengths in a QSO.
