Not a bad signal here but its difficult to follow

2040 sounds like there is a second audio in the background?

2032 OM said program comes from Radio Sofia Bulgaria. I thought it sounded like an old recording. Listening via W3HFU SDR (the one that ends in 8074 in the web address) in MD.
