Tuned in to 6040 kHz via uTwente SDR since all I've ever gotten at home is this station in Spanish, and the last time was before Solar Cycle 24 bottomed out. Rumors are making the rounds that they're leaving SW, but so far the broadcast I've tuned into, which is EE for Europe 1920-2020, has given a rundown of their schedule times and availability for online streaming but no indication that this is it. As of 1930 the program has consisted mostly of music but it sounds like a news/discussion portion of the broadcast is beginning, YL announcer.
EDIT 2020 - signed off per schedule although some story was in progress and got cut off as it did so. I have my doubts that that's the last of IRIB on SW but I'll try to remember to check again tomorrow and see if it's still there.

I emailed them a while ago if they are leaving shortwave, no response other than I do get a email from them once in a full moon..

It would be strange to go off the air with one week left in the b20 cycle if they are leaving shortwave, so probably it would be worth checking on the first day of a21. I did find them still on the air on Monday 3/22.

Yeah, I got this email from them March 7th. Doesn't seem to suggest any possibility of operational suspensions:
Dear friend;
Iranians all across the world are preparing themselves to celebrate the beginning of the Persian New Year, called Nowruz.
Nowruz, the arrival of spring in the northern hemisphere, is one of the oldest and most cherished festivities, which has been celebrated for at least 3,000 years.
Before the coronavirus pandemic, Iranians used to celebrate Nowruz by visiting their loved ones, going on trips and spending time in nature.
Have you ever heard of this national feast? What do you know about Nowruz? It would be great if you send your New Year messages to all Iranian listeners of our radio and tell us what you know about this beautiful festivity. Your messages will be read out in our special program on the occasion of Nowruz.
Waiting for your beautiful messages

Let's hope so.
That reminds me of one time when I was living in Seattle about 20 years ago, maybe more, and my wife and I decided to get dinner at a Persian restaurant. It happened to be on the night of Nowruz and we were basically told we'd have to eat quickly and leave, or else pay an extra $25 each for the privilege of being at their Nowruz party. We hurried up and I don't believe we ever went back.

I got the same email as you got, a while back they mentioned that they were sending me a gift or something once the postal service in Iran is back up and running.

Entering my 7th week waiting on their QSL.
Confidence is low.

Sunday 28 MAR, 2000 UTC, and I'm hearing IRIB V of Iran on 9855 kHz at the uTwente SDR. This is its regular summer frequency for the same time as the one I tuned into. This puts that rumor to rest.

If it can be uploaded to imgur.com, you can then copy the code to paste here. Or more appropriately, to the QSL board near the bottom of the main page. There's a pinned post second from top of that page with instructions.
