Noted Radio Lowland at 2320 tune in with C&W type tune, talking in Dutch, ID/email at 2330 with email address radiolowland@hotmail.com.
Another ID noted 2342 just before sign off.  Noted on Baker's Island-Salem, MA with Eton E1, Par End Fed long wire.
