Title: GNK Legal part 15 beacon 3-4MW beacon

13564 kHz time 2204 Utc  fade ups are strong for a 3 MW beacon.
Receiver IC 756 no cw filter but using a old Radio Shack Dsp unite as a cw fliter
it always works very well.

Coming in pretty well this morning at 1304z. Not bad for Madison, Wisconsin.

Just bouncing the needle here in Baltimore, Md @1512 (2013-10-10). But clear through noise w/ cw filter.
