Audio just above noise floor with many fades, English service.  Maybe those further west will have better luck.

1320 OM and YL talking, only the occasional word is understood
1350 Reception only slightly better
1423 Reception is much better now, includes music but is Korean service.

Lucky. So far I've gotten this only in June and I think the first week or two of July. The prize winner for the least logical broadcast time & frequency by a major SWBC station for its intended target of reception.
