A dasher transmitting on two frequencies at the same time? Still coming in at 1130z after the west coast beacons have faded out. I can not find this beacon on any KiwiSDRs, so there is always the possibility it is some sort of local RFI.

Here it is again at a slower waterfall speed:

I’ve identified similar signals over the winter months from the West coast. The signal(s) you are reporting look as if they have a good deal of power in its sidebands with less powerful synchronous spectra between the suspected sidebands (your second pic).
I recall falling for a similar signal(s) as two separate beacons, which I miss reported 24 March (4107.83 and 4109.02kHz Beacons?) and you correctly identified as a Link-11 signal (or something very similar).
Could it be possible what we are both identifying are in reality similar to a Link-11 (Tactical Digital Information Link) signal?
As for the location, I have no idea, but have in the past suspected these signals, at least for me are coming over the Pole and my only support of this thought is that between 1200Z and local sunrise, I see a good deal of weak signals from 4MHz to 6MHz which I suspect are taking that path, possibly from Asia Minor in general, the area of the Black Sea specifically?

I am still getting this signal as of 1522 UTC. There was a Link-11 transmission around 4108 kHz or so earlier, but it has since faded out.
The signal level is same as earlier, so that does suggest this is local vs DX, which then further suggests it is probably not a hobbyist beacon, unless a DXer has recently moved in nearby :)
Now that background static levels have gone down a bit since it is daytime, I can see two additional frequencies. So yes, I really leaning towards some sort of RFI source now. No idea what it could be, it's got a curious pattern. Hmm, and maybe some more related signals further out?

Who hasn't been faked out by a Link 11 signal? ;)
A couple of weeks ago, I had a post written for this forum about a new one. Decided to open up the filter and....Yup! Link 11.

No sign of the signal this morning circa 1000-1030 UTC. While the signal itself did not look like Link-11, I wonder if it was some sort of spur from a faulty Link-11 transmitter, it sort of has the correct pattern.
