I think I've only heard them on 6000 and 6140 in that band before.

RHC moved in on 6220 late last year after VOA muscled 'em off 6180.  So far I've heard Spanish only on 6220 from RHC, at same time they're in English on 6000 and 6140.  Earlier this week I also caught RHC in Spanish on 6180, so apparently they haven't completely given up that freq.

Interestingly, the best way to avoid QRM from RHC is to use any type of antenna other than a broomstick.

They are quite the radio superpower. When they do come in, they are full bars with the radio's built in antenna halfway down even :o
