S7 with numbers @ 0042.  Sounds like Brother Stair reading the numbers.
0047 - a 'Stairway To Heaven' parody?  can't make out many of the words
0050 - WBOG ID, I think.
0051 - more numbers by Brother Stair
0055 - clear ID that time, definitely WBOG (given phonetically)
0100 - off

Clear WBOG Id repeated twice at 0055z.
Off at 0059z.

SINPO=24222 at best right now here.

056- Sounded like a YL (although must be Brother Stair as reported earlier) numbers station. "Are you people listening to me?" and "Are you hearing me?" in between number sequences.
100- Lost or off.
