00:59 UTC - Observing unmodulated AM carrier on the frequency.
00:00 UTC - Pips followed by start of broadcast. Nice S7 to S8 signal.
00:03 UTC - Broadcast suddenly and abruptly interrupted.
00:04 UTC - Carrier intermittently on / off. Broadcast restarts. Station is having technical issues.
00:05 UTC - Broadcast suddenly and abruptly interrupted.
00:06 UTC - Broadcast restarts with the same instrumental music. I know that tune from somewhere. I think we have success. The station is still on the air.
00:09 UTC - Station ID: WTF Radio Worldwide. The signal is now almost a +10.
00:33 UTC - Station ID followed by music.
01:00 UTC - The signal is still a good S9 but starting to fade slightly.
01:03 UTC - "Thank you" closing song - Danke Schoen.
01:06 UTC - "This is radio Deutsche Welle relay ..." with interval signal.
01:10 UTC - Station ID: What The Frequency - WTF Radio Worldwide. End of broadcast.

Got it here in Connecticut with poor to fair signal at 0008.  Playing some instrumental music with trumpet.   Brief period of female singer.
