As mentioned by others -- this is Summer Radio 819 which was also
on in May 2020....
Male talking with some rock music -- this appeared after
presumed Tidalwave on 6230 closed....still UNID as of 1515 UTC
Signal good via Finland SDR
IDs as "....Rock Radio...." still unclear
Also "819......"
