Looks like somebody is testing, signal is going on and off.
Checked if that is harmonic - I don't think so.

2100 - Rock the Boat Baby by Hues Corporation

2110 - back with quite good signal. Not sure if it's European.

2115 - Sweet Home Alabama.

on 15166 and around :
2110 : nothing here (but maybe antenna not tuned to that frequency)
2117 I have signals on 15130 and 15190, but nothing between

2119 >>>> faint carrier on 15166
but not for long.

At least, that should not be an image frequency.

        on Kiwi Silec near Olsztyn N.Poland heard trace of music
