Title: UNID 4869 KHz USB - French chatter?

Hearing nearly nonstop voice comms on 4869 USB right now. Signal is somewhat weak and the band is noisy right now, so I can't be sure, but it sounds vaguely French. Have a listen to a sample here (https://vocaroo.com/1emngNWUqhS7) if you'd like.
