2256, I can see the carrier at my QTH, but no audio.  S5 on Frostburg MD SDR.  Can barely make out a rap song

00:18 UTC - Nice copy into my location with some minor fading;
00:28 UTC - Synthesized voice, difficult to understand due to the fading and reverb in the audio;
01:30 UTC - Still going on strong;
02:00 UTC - Still going on strong, a little over S9 with some fading. I am usually good to somewhere between 01:00 to 02:30 UTC with this station before it completely fades out into my location;
02:06 UTC - Station ID;
02:20 UTC - Starting to fade out and get noisy at 6 kHz bandwidth;
03:00 UTC - Signal lost.

026- OM synth voice IDs and provides email address (tough to copy, as faint), then brief music (maybe part of "What's Up" by 4 Non Blondes??) as ID ends.
