Title: RU Air Mil 3213 USB 1825 UTC 22 Jun 2021
Post by: kris on June 22, 2021, 1836 UTC
1825 S9+30 and earlier there was a control of audibility
the signal strength points to the Kaliningrad region
I hear them for the first time - there are spark interferences from a running car engine / generator in the background
intensive communication of messages is taking place, as during exercise
the syntax indicates the management of military flights
1900 the change of operator, is lower work intensity, in the breaks the sounds of the receiver or the other operator

Hi Kris, what do you think of this? https://youtu.be/0j_4jsmsBfs I heard it yesterday evening for king time but it was never clear enough. That language is puzzling me. The words sound a bit like Russian but closer to Slovak. Definitely not Polish/Czech.

Hello Ronald. I have listened to your recording and I am not sure if it is Russian or Serbian, but this is the language group. I have this channel saved as RU Air in my receiver's memory. Despite the poor quality, I understood the word Bratislava and I am convinced that it is Volmet's service. The 5052 USB frequency does not appear in the official list attached here, which does not mean that this service does not work.

If I hear them, I will write on HFU and about you.
Best regards and good hunting Kris

Hello Kris. I haven't heard it anymore since then.. Another Dxer from Romania he heard the same thing but it wasn't clear enough. Also I had info that Russian or Ukrainian air forces were spotted nearby sometime.
Those numbers were interesting. For example 40 was said as "štyridsať" just like in Slovak. Only the accent didn't fit. In Russian it's something like "Sorak" 🙄
The list of Bratislava frequencies doesn't include it at all https://qrg.gt.cx/geo.php?lat=48.170167&lon=17.212667&dist=25&s=find
Well, it's interesting to find a mystery:)
