1/28/09, 1945 UTC, 6220 AM, pop music w/ woman singing, female voice ID (obscured by static burst), presumed RTÉ test per: http://blogs.rnw.nl/medianetwork/rte-to-broadcast-shortwave-test-transmission.  Reportedly Ireland, not clear whether transmitter located in Ireland or elsewhere.  (Via web-controlled ICOM R75 located in New York.  No signal here in Texas.)
