stilll in the noise in illinois , heard id  male voice "radio Gaga "  cant really distinguish music , but hearing pretty good guitar licks at 20:11

2031 S4 with static blasts at S5.   I can hear the audio in there, but can't hear much.  SSTV, but MMSSTV couldn't decode it.
Spoke too soon.  Really bad decode, but it has the word "Skippy" in it.
