I wasn't sure of exact frequency, my radio may be a bit off because I tuned it to 4625.10 Yep, weird choice but I've heard this before..

2328 music, then talking (unknown language), 2330 music again, 2334 going on
(all below a buzzer)
2340 buzz  buzz   buzz ..., music and DJ, maybe in Brasilian, 2352 music
