very weak but can just barely make things out if I put it in QAM of all things, talking about the evils of having to wear a mask right now...

2216  20 dB above the noise floor, but unusable.  Man talking which almost rises "Poor," but just almost.

Tuned in at 2220utc on both Normal IL and Barrington Hills IL sdr's, very weak, barely hear audio, see red carrier line on waterfalls,

Heard at 0228z on 7/17/21. SINPO 35422. Decent signal strength at times, but comparatively low modulation and strong fades.

Signal took a dive to slightly above the noise floor at 0233z. Intermittent nodulation heard, but too far into the noise floor for decipherable recovery.
