Weak music in the noise. But getting some SSTV images.

Just above the S9 noise floor here in Binghamton, NY, with some fading to boot - a bit hard to make out.

EDIT: Signal appeared to increase at 0300z - easier to make out the music now (but fading remains).

0255 S-4 into WNY. Very close to the noise floor. SSID
0257 Some Blues. Fantastic audio but near the noise floor.

02:58 UTC - Series of SSTV images followed by music. Weak but readable;
03:02 UTC - SSTV, the signal is too weak for a good image decode, followed by music;
03:12 UTC - SSTV, still too weak for a good decode, some image with a yellow police tape, followed by music.

Blues music at 0300z. SSTV at 0302z. Around S3-S4. SINPO 25433.

Noted from 0243 on my SDR recording, generally poor copy which is unusual for me. Maybe next time.
