Fair reception, some noise.  No reception on harmonics.

1257 Pacific Island music
1300 OM talking but not clear enough to decipher
1303 OM and YL talking
1304 More Island music YL soprano, starting to fade more sunrise was 1301 utc here
1313 Reception lost

Sorry, but it was not Radio Vanuatu (3945); daily I note RV turning off their transmitter at 1114 UT, via a timer set for that time.

Daily about 1150, the transmitter for North Korea's Echo of Unification, on 3945 kHz. starts with an open carrier. Here is a recent
reception of mine, posted at http://bit.ly/3xrUb2t . This can be easily confirmed by checking Echo of Unification's // 5905 kHz.; with
both frequencies having good reception here in Calif.

Thanks Ron for the correction.  I saw the frequency and just figured it was Vanatu
