0838 : Twente SDR locking on (without audio, not visible on the waterfall)

1658 : nothing on Weston SDR, nothing on Twente SDR

1714 : Twente SDR locking on without audio, 1716 music in the UT noise, 1718 rock
1726 music, hard to hear
