6925 USB SIO 333

Decent signal with some fading.

02:10z on with strange noise effects & someone talking slowed down "...this is (?).." possible ID?
02:11z more strange sounds - one of the effects is similar to the 'foghorn' sound use at the beggining of KIPM shows
02:13z Off
