Noted here at 0158z, with Barack umming, hemming and hawing. "I've been able to do it... nothing" repeated several times.

Very strong signal.

Off at 0202z.

Back on around 0218-0222z.

I am not sure this is the same station logged at 0204z, as I heard no audio at that time.
