Radio Caroline North is broadcasting this weekend from the Ross Revenge moored in the Blackwater Estuary, Essex, via Caroline's 648 kHz AM channel plus 1368 kHz (via Manx Radio, Isle of Man) as part of the Radio Caroline three day fundraiser weekend. The station was recently given permission by OFCOM to increase the power of its 648 channel.

The Ross Revenge is now the "Potemkine village" of the radio ships, with a fake antenna. The licensed Caroline uses the former BBC site in Orfordness, but with low power only. There is no Caroline North station.
