Someone starting up with new age type mx.  Poor sig, about 322 here in upstate NY.  Lots of QRN.  Tough going when the 6925 is being jammed with nonsense...

Hearing a bunch of ELO tunes here.  Haven't heard an ID yet.  About a s7... just above the noise.

Signal is a bit better now at my QTH - say 333 SIO w/ an occasional +10 over S9 pk.  Its starting to win over the QRN...

SDR catch, not a bad signal, carrier noted at 0215z, off at 0223z.

FWIW I saw no carrier on the SDR waterfall between 0204-0215z.
