6925 USB SIO 323

Decent signal with some fading - morse started off at higher pitch then came back on after adjusting frequency.

I believe that  NRUI was the calll-sign for the USCGC Itasca that Amelia Earhart was trying to call. Not sure what that has to do with halloween.
