Hearing two Spanish-speaking OMs on 27.065 MHz AM - 27065 AM - CB channel 9.  Strangely, 26585 AM, 26705 AM, 26715 AM are all quiet...but 27065 AM is busy.

The rest of the band is basically dead at the moment..
