on 6950 USB          direct in Europe,
2303 beginning to fade in, not sure about it
2317 just guessing some audio, 2320
2330 fading up VERY slowly, bits of real audio now

2310 UTC Hearing an OM talking over guitar music here...Not Radio Genix! Possibly an archival Blind Willie McTell recording? Tough copy with the static level!
2319 UTC I believe this to be some kind of documentary on Blind Willie....heard his name mentioned a few times with some short audio clips of guitar playing
