Sounds like Da Yoopers music, S5-S6  Apparent Northwoods Radio ID via the chatroom (tuned away for a second).

Sig got much better here at 2350z, S7 with fair audio, after 'Country Boy can Survive'.  ID @ 2350, qsl info @ 2352.  Into 'I'm Proud to Be an Asshole from El Paso.
Announcer has better modulation than the music.

Hearing you here too, North Woods, though only at SIO 333 or so into Madison.  I caught the 'Let's Make a Dope Deal' sketch, or at least the end of it - from the FBI, yoooooou're busted!' Now something about a signal, man and woman talking, lady sounds quite agitated.  Is this a movie clip?
