S4 1223 Dead when I tuned in, now I hear a conversation between two people talking about pirate radio.  Repeat of broadcast with Andy Yoder?
As I wrote this came up to S7.  Sounds like two transmissions, I can hear some other broadcast in the background.
1228 Sounds like the background station is in Spanish.  Sounds professional.
