Very good reception, equally strong from 6974-77 here.  I'm thinking this might be a rebroadcast of a commercial program.

At 0027 with improving though fair to good signal with music
Listening via na5b SDR -- actual frequency reading as 6975.50
At 0030 ID as "Springbok (?) Radio.....happy new year everybody"
