Someone here, some speech and then some music. Weak here, cannot pull out to many details, unfortunately

Heard here as well, SDR catch. Also noted around 0151z, not sure if the same station or not.

Recorder Catch on 6925USB

0151 to 0153 I noted a station with a Halloween song, with a lyric spoken at one point as "This is one holiday I can't stand".  Quite weak.

Intermittent ops noted here:

0209 to 0220: very weak music, no details
0232 to 0236: very weak music, no details
