Caught SSTV - classroom of children with flag in front reciting something in a word bubble.  Illegible. Into a man ranting about Ron Johnson (Wisconsin Senator) no vaccine is FDA approved, etc.  SSTV with same image. 
Returned at 0113 talking about vaccines, someone else talked for a moment (sounded like a call in program,) repetitious music, tones, other music, down to S4 now.

S6 in noisy conditions.

Wonder if this was very low power for Wisconsin.

Same station with rock music and radio announcer calling someone. Station is almost S9 with some fades. Thanks for the weird show.

Talk has a political slant. Heavy rock.
