1726 a few words in E, music, buzzer QRM
1729 talking in Ru ?
1811 talking (about Putin ?), M then W talking, still the buzzer (jamming ?)

1729 over buzzer (S9+20)  M Ru hear the speech between the pulses
- says something against Putin's regime, .. w naszem rajone... bolnica
- fragments of the telephone connection,   allo słyszu was.., kak ty żywiosz ...ponimaju
- telephone connection with the woman

----it's probably a project on the Ukrainian side, outside Russia's sovereignty
