2055 - ID - WKCW (I think a station in VA on 1420 AM)
2055 - Simple Minds
2059 - Dr Hook - Sexy Eyes 

Someone testing a transmitter seems possible a relay of a AM station?

S6 2038 "Sweet Dreams" - Eurythmics.
2041 Jingle with ID, but couldn't catch it.  "Just What I Needed" - Cars
2045 "Wham Bam Shang-A-Lang" - Silver
2048 I think it said "You are listening to KC1", but I'm not sure of that.  "Lean on Me"
2052 "Love Will Find A Way" - Pablo Cruise
2055 ID, "W<static>W", "There is Always Something There to Remind Me"
2101 ID "WKCW, Warrenton", so it looks like you're right @BBA
