Title: North Korea (presumed) 2850 KHz 1230 UTC 11/7/12
Post by: Kilokat7 on November 07, 2012, 1245 UTC
Faint talk, sounds like an Asian language, then into instrumental type music after 1230 UTC.  Should be KCBS North Korea per EIBI.  Normally when I check this frequency, it's just a carrier, but this morning it was strong enough for a little audio to make it through.

Thanks Chris.  This one's coming in again this morning right now at 1223 UTC with the biggest signal I've heard yet.  Unfortunately, t-storm crashes are ruining all the fun this morning.
