There are credible rumours this is radio "sunlite" a new low power licensed station making test transmissions for a start in November, from Zeeland, The Netherlands.
It is definitely the same signal as yesterday during the daytime, as the sound of the audio modulation is exactly the same.

This station definitely was NOT SUNLITE today on 5955kHz and recently also.
These appearances came from another certain frequency hopper. The location is known.
According to an information that I received from the license holder of 5955 kHz - SUNLITE -
their TX is still in the building up mode. You will be informed in good time about the start of the program.

Thanks for this info. What I am curious about is that I can find no information from the Dutch Ofcom "Agentschap Telecom" about issuing low power shortwave licenses. There's plenty of info about LPAM mediumwave though. If the Dutch government had given the go ahead for this, surely there would be some info on this online somewhere?
