Tuned in at 2320 locally and on Normal IL sdr, weak signal on both just above the noise, hear pop/rock tunes from 1970 thru present,

2330 Can hear the announcer but not well enough to copy. Approx S5-S6 here.
2332 Shazam says "The Lovecats" by The Cure. Not sure how it can it through the noise.
